The Training Manager

TES offer the following additional services, which compliment and blend with our core services. Our aim is to be the eyes and ears for our clients, ensuring added value.

Training providers

TES has a quality - approved list of training providers ensuring a ‘one stop shop’ for our clients training needs.


TES works to link education and industry(construction sector). TES have worked with education, industry and key stakeholders to develop and implement:

  • a foundation level degree in construction

  • master classes in construction for Y9 school children

  • designing, writing & delivery of units for the Diploma


TES works closely with key stakeholders, bringing national Government strategy through to implementation at a regional and company level. Projects include:

  • employee skills offer

  • small firms initiative:

    • advising companies on Training & Business planning

    • Implementation and achievement of Investors in People

  • Leadership and management programme (supporting managing directors with their personal development planning, delivering associated training and development

  • Train to Gain – working with companies to identify organisational needs for future training and development – leading to them accessing funding.

  • Research, Development and Writing of strategic plans, written for:

    • Barnsley Community Build

    • Learning Skills Council – South Yorkshire

    • Construction Skills

    • Doncaster Council

    • South Yorkshire Construction Training Group
